White Quartz is said to purify, cleanse and repel negativity.
In my personal experience, White Quartz is without doubt the greatest repellent of any form of negative energy. It is as though negativity literally bounces off it. When I am working with people who are ultra sensitive either to the energy of their environment but also to the energy and emotional states of other people around them I will suggest that they carry White Quartz.
For me its energy aligns beautifully with the Sweet Grass which in turn attracts positivity creating a bubble of vibrant energy. Carrying these two with me I find it virtually impossible not to smile!
